Jabari Greer
Greer is a 32 year old coming off of a torn ACL, PCL, and posterior lateral compartment suffered last November. That combination is almost a death knell for a player at any position, and even Greer has expressed doubt that he can continue his playing career. But is isn’t unheard of. Heck, there are guys like Terrell Thomas that have suffered three torn ACL’s and returned to the field.
Greer was a competent corner with the Saints, playing in Rob Ryan’s defense, before he went down with the injury. He hasn’t played a full 16 game season since 2011, however, when he racked up 61 tackles and 2 interceptions. If healthy, he could easily compete for a roster spot.
