Safeties: Matt Elam, Darian Stewart, Terrence Brooks, Will Hill*, Brynden Trawick, Jeromy Miles
Elam and Stewart are still in line to start, but Brooks has made major progress and has drawn effusive praise from John Harbaugh. He has even filled in at nickle back while the team was short on corners. Trawick has earned his keep on special teams through the preseason, which may be his meal ticket to a roster spot.
