Wide receivers: Torrey Smith, Steve Smith, Marlon Brown, Jacoby Jones, Kamar Aiken, Michael Campanaro

We are sticking to our guns in regards to leaving Aiken and Campanaro on this list.  Deonte Thompson and Jeremy Butler have fought the good fight, but didn’t do quite enough to unseat them in the end.  We wouldn’t be surprised if another team takes a shot at either on waivers.

Thompson has been a career journeyman but has made an impact on special teams this preseason, which always gets coaches excited.  Butler has a solid pair of hands and runs good routes, he just isn’t a special athlete.  We ultimately expect Butler to wind up on the practice squad.  Campanaro has an edge because the team invested a draft pick in him.
