Previous: 20th. Houston Texans. 20. team. 10. The expectations for the rebuilding Houston Texans were pretty low heading into this year. A good defense and an offense that promised to manage games would lead to some improvement on last season’s 2 wins. But now they are 3-1 and actually look like potential contenders. Ryan Fitzpatrick, the bearded one, is doing just enough on offense to win games, while J.J. Watt continues to look like a once in a generation kind of player.. (3-1)
