The Jacksonville Jaguars are a team that, year after year, is “on the rise.” It’s true that Blake Bortles is an upgrade on Chad Henne and he moved the offense against a good Chargers team on Sunday. But this is also a team that is going to lose a lot of games because of its awful offensive line. They simply can’t protect Bortles or open holes for anybody in the running game.
