16. This Bills team had everyone fooled after starting out the season 2-0, but how the mighty have fallen. A second frustrating loss, this time to the Texans, has them headed downward. E.J. Manuel continues to make boneheaded decisions, and even J.J. Watt scored a touchdown in what was ultimately another crushing blow. This team has lots of talent, but has yet to put it all together.
