The Browns may be 1-2 but both losses were by less than three points, and they are playing above their talent level with new head coach Mike Pettine. The Titans, meanwhile, have looked undisciplined and with direction. While Jake Lockler may be back from injury for this game, we aren’t really sure if that will be enough to propel the Titans to victory at home.
