Stock down: DeAngelo Tyson

DeAngelo Tyson had the worst grade of any Ravens defensive player on Sunday while picking up snaps in Chris Canty’s absence.  On a day when almost every Raven’s defender was padding their stat sheet, Tyson managed one quarterback hit.  And that was it.  No tackles, stops, sacks, hurries, nothing.  On 36 snaps.

Tyson had previously been merely OK leading up to week six, but has been a pretty big disappointment this season.  He has a big opportunity on his plate with Canty missing time, but he has failed to capitalize the last two weeks by doing much of anything.  On 158 snaps this season, Tyson has recorded seven tackles, two hurries, one hit, and 6 stops.
