The Baltimore Ravens told us all week that Owen Daniels was good to go on Sunday, even after missing three straight days of practice. John Harbaugh proceeded to drop a bomb on the media Friday afternoon when he revealed that Daniels has undergone knee surgery and is out at least this week.
"Ravens offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak said Thursday that Owen Daniels was “fine”— Aaron Wilson (@RavensInsider) October 24, 2014"

Harbaugh also gave the impression that this could be just a one week injury, though it’s hard to imagine Daniels recovering that fast at his age.
"Harbaugh said that Daniels won’t miss a lot of time. May not be much longer than a week."

The Ravens may employ more three wide receiver sets in Daniel’s absence, but we should also see an uptick in snaps for rookie tight end Crockett Gillmore.
Along with Daniels, defensive end Chris Canty was also ruled out for Sunday. Offensive linemen Eugene Monroe and Kelechi Osemele are both probable after practicing all week.
The Bengals announced that wide receiver A.J. Green is doubtful after missing practice all week as well.
