Can the Raven’s Defensive Front Rebound This Week?

After shredding both the Bucs and the Falcon’s horrible offensive lines, the Raven’s pass rush struggled to generate pressure against a very good Bengals offensive line.  Elvis Dumervil, who was second in the NFL in sacks before week eight, didn’t get a single pressure while the team only managed two sacks on Andy Dalton.

The Steelers offensive line obviously isn’t as talented as the Bengals.  Ben has absorbed 16 sacks this season with 9 hits and 48 hurries.  If it seems like he takes a massive beating every year, it’s because he does.  But the guy is so big and strong he doesn’t seem to care.

Make no mistake – if the Ravens can’t consistently generate pressure on Roethlisberger, it’s going to be a long day.  The Ravens simply don’t have anybody right now that can match up with Antonio Brown, and he will destroy them through the air if Ben has time to throw.
