# 1 2003 First Round pick #19 overall: QB Kyle Boller:
Drafted to be a franchise QB and lauded for his very strong arm. There is an infamous video of him throwing a football approximately 60 yards through the goal posts from his knees. Inconsistent play and injuries caused that plan to never materialize. Though a 19th overall pick in the draft the Ravens gave up their 2003 second round pick and their 2004 first round pick to draft Boller. The New England Patriots would draft NT Vince Wilfork with that 2004 pick.
