#2 2000 First Round pick #10 overall: WR Travis Taylor:

The MVP of the 1999 Orange Bowl the Ravens drafted Taylor and expected huge things from him as the cog that would make the offense work. Taylor never emerged as that number one threat in the passing game. Many would say that since he was a top ten draft pick he is the largest draft pick bust in Ravens history. I give the nod to Boller since he essentially cost two first round picks.
