2013 4th Round Draft Pick FB: Kyle Juszczyk
The Ravens had one of the best lead blockers in Vonta Leach in 2013 but the Ravens were looking to move away from that traditional block only FB. Leach was allowed to walk in free agency and Juszczyk became the starter. His ability to be a receiving option was not really the question as he was a decorated undersized TE in college, but his blocking was. Kyle worked hard in the off-season and is currently showing how effective he can be as a lead blocker. As a receiver he shows versatility as he can be seen slotting out wide at times and can run more than routes in the flat.
