The Ravens were looking for some help to beef up a very unimpressive offensive line in 2013. The team wasn’t sure just how healthy Osemele could be, they weren’t terribly fond of Reid, and weren’t sure about Wagner. Rackley could have been in the mix for the starting RT battle. He suffered a concussion the first week of training camp and hasn’t been active since. This pretty much assures the notion he won’t be back next season.
