RFA QB: Chester Stewart
If you knew the Ravens had him under contract, congratulations. Stewart was signed as an UDFA in 2012 and hasn’t made an appearance for the Ravens at all. A part-time starter in college he displayed a strong arm but was undisciplined as a passer and was a run first type QB.
