UFA WR: Torrey Smith
Smith is a perplexing case since he does have deep threat speed and can make big plays. The problem has been his consistency and so far this season has been a disappointment based off of his production last year. It may really come down to how he plays from this point forward and if any other team is willing to offer him a big contract. What does this Ravens offense look like without him?
