UFA OLB/DE: Pernell McPhee
McPhee burst onto the scene in his rookie season with six sacks in limited playing time, but when he got the opportunity to start in 2012 he didn’t step up. 2013 saw him have modest production in a limited role but once more and this season he’s proving to be a weapon as a situational pass rusher. Versatile in that he can line up at OLB, DE, and even played some snaps as a DT the question is how much to other teams value him? How much playing time can McPhee find on a line that will still have Chris Canty, Timmy Jernigan, and Brent Urban?
