Joined the Ravens in 2009 and suffered a terrible leg injury which caused him to miss the entire 2010 season and limited him to two games in 2011. He announced his retirement at the end of the 2011 season and he went on to become the President of the NFLPA before moving on to become the COO of the NBA Player’s Association.
