The wheels were coming off the 2013 cart of the Ravens and they turned to a former Raven from 1999 in an effort to find more sure hands on key third down plays. Unfortunately Stokley he was rather ineffective and suffered yet another concussion. At age 37 he decided to retire after the 2013 season after a 15 year career.
