The Ravens came into Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins in what was essentially a must win situation. And after a slow start on offense, they pulled themselves together and kept their playoff hopes alive. The Ravens wound up missing star receiver Torrey Smith after he was declared probable, yet didn’t need him as Steve Smith came up big.

The Ravens, much like the Jets last week, were able to run the ball with ease against a regressing Dolphin’s defense. The defense came up with a stout performance in their first game of the season without Pro Bowl defensive tackle Haloti Ngata. Not only did the Ravens stop the run, they got relentless pressure on Ryan Tannehill.
