Highest Rated Defensive Players: Elvis Dumervil (4.5), Daryl Smith (3.7), C.J. Mosley (1.7), Lawrence Guy (0.9), Darian Stewart (0.7)

Dumervil had a historic performance on a day that he broke the Ravens single season sack record by dominating the Dolphins’ offensive line.  And there are still three games to go, plenty of time for him to pad his stats.  Smith has been on a tear lately after a slow start to the season, and he clearly has some gas left in the tank.

Mosley is rebounding from a mini-slump and still in the running for defensive rookie of the year.  This week he added a sack for good measure to go along with once again leading the team in tackles.  Guy has been a disappointment every time he has stepped on the field, but had a strong game Sunday on increased snaps.

Stewart has been a whipping boy for quite some time, but played a few more snaps this week and didn’t embarrass himself.  Then again, the secondary didn’t need to do much with the front seven dominating the line of scrimmage.
