Don’t Let off the Gas

The Giants shot out to a 21-0 lead early in the second half in Jacksonville.  The team with far superior talent appeared to be on its way to an easy win.  Then, they slipped into prevent mode and thought they could cruise to victory for almost three quarters.  It was a move that doomed them.

The Jags gained momentum as a team and the crowd became incredibly energized, completely shifting the momentum of the game.  It was just too much for the Giants to overcome.  Unlike the Giants, the Ravens are playing at home, but they can’t fall into the trap of complacency.
