Offense: F

It was an ugly, ugly effort all the way around.  Joe Flacco was visibly struggling in one of the worst performances of his career. He was simply off all day, at one point missing a wide open Owen Daniels by a good 10 feet.  Flacco threw 3 picks and completed only 21 of 50 passes as the Ravens went 4 for 15 on 3rd down.

Justin Forsett continued his slump by taking 10 carries for 19 yards, and the Ravens as a team had no room to run whatsoever against a motivated Texans’ defensive front.  The Texans were simply in the backfield on almost every play, racking up two sacks and a whopping 10 QB hits with 6 tackles that went for a loss.  The defense also recorded an astounding 9 passes defensed.

The Ravens may no longer control their playoff destiny, but if they continue playing like they did today (and at least half of last week) on the offensive side of the ball, they aren’t going to beat anybody, anyway.
