Ravens undrafted rookie deals and bonuses – Aaron Wilson, The Baltimore Sun
"The Ravens gave a $10,000 signing bonus to undrafted Mississippi State offensive tackle Blaine Clausell, their highest for a rookie free agent this year.The Ravens spent a total of $27,000 in signing bonuses for three undrafted rookie free agents, giving $9,000 bonuses apiece to Oklahoma cornerback Julian Wilson, Harvard offensive tackle Nick Easton and Ohio State offensive tackle Darryl Baldwin.Those were the highest signing bonuses the Ravens gave out for their undrafted rookie class, followed by $7,500 to Sacramento State wide receiver DeAndre Carter."

Those are basically teaching sessions designed to walk these first-year players through basic alignments and the structure/schedule of a pro practice.That will change when the vets take the field.
