Ravens: Cheers and Jeers for Week 8’s Win Over the Chargers

Cheers: Justin Tucker comes through big (as usual)

Ravens’ kicker Justin Tucker probably doesn’t get the respect he deserves outside of Baltimore (and fantasy football), but one of the NFL’s best at his position came through once again in week 8.  Tucker was a cool 5/5 on field goals and 2/2 on extra points as the rest of the NFL’s kickers continue to miss left and right.

Fantasy owners and Ravens fans alike will take that 17 points with no reservation.  When your kicker outscores most skill position players, there obviously aren’t too many bones to pick.  And it doesn’t hurt when you bang home the winning score as time expires either.

It almost excuses Tucker’s crazy celebration that followed.
