The Ravens once again traded out of the first round of the draft. Courtney Upshaw was the Ravens first pick. He never lived up to the Ravens expectations but he did enough to be a contributor and a situational player. Kelechi Osemele has become a star that the Ravens hope they can retain. His versatility to play left guard great and left tackle well will certainly boost his asking price. The rest of the Ravens draft class disappointed.
Gino Gradkowski may have been the worst center to ever start for the Ravens. He was undersized and he looked like a lost puppy out on the field. It is hard to see what the Ravens saw in him. Asa Jackson showed flashes of talent in the preseason but drug related suspensions derailed his career. Tommy Streeter was someone fans were excited about but the big Miami receiver failed to impress the Ravens. DeAngelo Tyson was actually a good rotational player.
