EKU. Noah Spence. 9. player. 48. The Buccaneers will need a pass rusher and the most explosive pass rusher in this draft (including Bosa) is Noah Spence. Spence was originally an Ohio State Buckeye. Failing drug tests, he ruined his chance at Ohio State. Making the most of his second chance, Spence dominated at Eastern Kentucky. He has a lightning fast ability to fly on the snap of the football. He has a skill set very similar to the reigning Super Bowl MVP, Von Miller. You cannot say enough about the ability of Spence. If a team is assured enough to take a chance on Spence it could prove to be a wise move.  . DE/OLB
