3. Corey Coleman, Baylor

Nobody can say that Corey Coleman can’t make plays. In the 2015 season the Baylor Bears standout receiver had 74 receptions, 1,363 yards and 20 touchdowns. That is a tough performance to top. What makes Coleman so dangerous? Well for starters he has blazing speed. When he gets a clean release off the line of scrimmage, he blows past cornerbacks. If there is a guy like Beckham Jr. in this draft it is the freakishly athletic 5’11” Coleman.

Coleman was a go to receiver for the Bears. That is why I love this receiver prospect so much. Coleman is a guy who sees a ton of attention from defenses and he still produces at an astronomical level. The trick for Coleman is to sell teams that he is more than just a deep threat. Coleman is more than that. He can do an awful lot at the receiver position.

I like Coleman as a slot receiver in the NFL. Let him create separation on crossing routes and quick developing pass plays. Then take your shot deep down the field. That is the role that Coleman can be an instant star in. There is no doubt about this one, Coleman is good.
