4. Will Fuller, Notre Dame

Will Fuller has blazing speed and he showed that at the NFL combine when he ran the 40 yard dash in 4.32 seconds. Fuller is fast and when he gets the ball he is an instant threat to get to the end zone. The problem here is that Fuller is a bit smaller than you would like and doesn’t have incredible hands. Fuller will either be a superstar or simply a deep threat down the field. Fuller’s draft stock really depends on how teams perceive him as an all around receiver.

Fuller kind of reminds me of Torrey Smith. He isn’t a very physical receiver and he is slightly one dimensional. Fuller has unbelievable potential. That being said its hard to take Fuller until the second round, at least in my opinion. Fuller reminds me too much of Phillip Dorsett.

This one is up in the air. The player has a ton of room to grow his game and incredible athletic ability. Fuller will be an interesting name to watch in the 2016 NFL Draft.
