26. Brissett was one of the most entertaining players in College Football the past couple of seasons. We’re talking about a big 6’4″ 231 pound passer who has some jets. He ran a 4.94 second 40 yard dash at the NFL Combine; it looked like he was faster than that on the football field. Brissett has a rocket arm too. The Ravens seem to be fascinated by the mobile back-up quarterback. First it was Troy Smith, than it was Tyrod Taylor. Brissett may be more talented than both of the Ravens previous mobile backups. Joe Flacco has the starting job locked up no matter what. But it couldn’t hurt to get a back up with potential in the sixth round. Brissett has to learn to read defenses and get better in the pocket, but the talent is obviously there.. QB. NC State. Jacoby Brissett. 6. player
