Houston Texans

WR Will Fuller

B

Fuller had to be the best player available on the Texans board. Their defense is stout, but they were lacking a true threat on the opposite side of DeAndre Hopkins. His blazing speed will create mismatches in single coverage as teams won’t be able to ignore Hopkins.

Indianapolis Colts

C Ryan Harris

B+

While this may have been a slight stretch, I like the pick. The Colts took the best offensive lineman available because they need to keep Andrew Luck upright. Harris is by far the best center in this year’s draft and the Colts his on a huge need.

Jacksonville Jaguars

CB Jalen Ramsey

A

The Jaguars steal the player that many people called the best in the draft with the fifth pick. Ramsey quickly becomes the best defensive back in Jacksonville, and will probably form one of the top CB tandems in the NFL with newly signed Prince Amukamara. The Jags get a great value at 5 for one of the best defensive players in the draft.

Tennessee Titans

T Jack Conklin

D+

I don’t understand this pick because they traded up from 15 to get Conklin who more than likely would have still been on the board.  The next tackle taken was the free falling Laremy Tunsil at 13. Maybe they felt the Giants were a player for him at ten, but we are talking about the Titans who could use every pick they have to rebuild their team.
