Can Key Players Be Healthy?

Joe Flacco, Terrell Suggs, Steve Smith Sr. and Justin Forsett are all recovering from injuries from last season. These are key players that still have hard work in front of them to get on the field.

Flacco’s health is paramount. If he is not 100% by week one, that’s a doomsday for the Ravens. Flacco is a franchise quarterback. He gives Baltimore a chance to feel glory in every game. He tore his ACL in week 11. This theoretically is more than enough time to be ready for the season; but we have to cross our fingers that there are no setbacks.

Suggs is the other must have for the Ravens. He is not only a great player, but he is a leader. Suggs is a difference maker. Without him the difference is more than noticeable.

Smith Sr. is another player that is important; though Flacco and Suggs are the most important players. Forsett has a log jam of competition at the running back spot. We’ll see if he reclaims his starting role.
