4. Will The Offensive Philosophy Change?

The offensive attack needs some help too. Trestman is a pass game oriented offensive coordinator. He has to remember that the Ravens are built to be a run-first team. Good things happen when the ground game is strong. Just look at 2014.

Trestman also needs to be more aggressive down the field. If you don’t provide a deep threat, the short passes become crowded passes.

Lastly, Trestman must set up plays. There must be a rhyme and a reason to his play-calls. For example on third and six, it would be nice to have at least one route of six yards or more.
