These Baltimore Ravens Players Face Pressure To Perform In 2016

The Baltimore Ravens have a ton of pressure on them as a unit. The team has missed the postseason in two of the past three seasons. If the San Diego Chargers had won their regular season finale in 2014 the Ravens would have missed the playoffs. Ravens football just has not been the same since winning it all in the 2012 season. A team that was a perennial contender now must prove that they are a legitimate threat in the AFC.

John Harbaugh is under an incredible amount of heaped expectations. His seat is not to warm right now, but another year without the playoffs may give him the smoldering hot seat. The Ravens did not change their coordinators. They added some talent and stuck with their core players. When you do this, it has to work.

Let’s look at the individuals on the Ravens roster that face a lot of pressure in 2016. These are the Ravens who have to perform well. Their need for a great season is a desperate one.
