1. Matt Elam:

Matt Elam was the Ravens first round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. It looks like that was a horrid mistake by Ozzie Newsome. Elam was a sensational player with the Florida Gators, but he has been a disaster with the Baltimore Ravens. Elam showed signs of being something in his rookie season. The problem however is that he has been out of position often.

Elam sat out the entire 2015 season due to injury. Forget about Elam proving that he was worth a number one pick. It is more than likely that he will never be what the Ravens expected him to be. That being said, he has a chance to show the Ravens he can provide value.
