Baltimore Ravens: 3 Tight Position Battles In Training Camp

Going into 2016, the Ravens have more depth at practically every position than in 2015. Starters are coming back healthy, quality players were picked in the draft, and players were added in free agency to bolster the roster. The team seems to be reloading, rather than rebuilding, for the upcoming season.

This is a great situation for the Ravens to be in, as the train wreck that was the 2015 season is still fresh in their minds. With added motivation and improved depth across the board, players will be competing fiercely to contribute this season.

Players that would be starters or key-backups may not even make the roster this season, and that’s a testament to the great work Ozzie Newsome and Co. have done this offseason.

Here’s the position battles that we believe will be the most competitive and end up leaving talented players out of a roster spot.
