5. A Hungry Team With Veteran Leaders

The Ravens don’t have to look hard for leaders. Eric Weddle is an emotional leader. Steve Smith Sr. has passion that practically oozes out of him, and it has a magnetic appeal to his teammates. Terrell Suggs is the leader that everybody looks up to; he seems more motivated than ever before. Joe Flacco and Marshall Yanda lead by example.

When you mix this great leadership with a team that is desperate to win, you shouldn’t have a problem winning. The Ravens are saying all the right things, but it feels like they all mean it. This is a Ravens team that is hungry. They want to prove that they can be contenders again. It is important to remember that John Harbaugh didn’t lose the locker room last season.
