Should 2-0 Baltimore Ravens Be Proud Or Concerned?
The Baltimore Ravens Are 2-0, but after two tough games:
The Baltimore Ravens beat the Buffalo Bills who are now 0-2 with a fired offensive coordinator. Today they gave the Browns an 0-2 record, but only after they gave the Ravens a scare. The Ravens have beaten two teams that probably won’t accomplish much this season but securing a good draft pick. Should the Ravens be proud of their 2-0 record or should they be concerned about their play?

The answer for the Ravens is a little mixed. It’s good to win and you can only win the games on your schedule. Do the Ravens need to prove themselves against tough teams? Absolutely. Does the way the Ravens got there make the wins any less important? Absolutely not.
While there are plenty of kinks to work out, the Ravens have done what they were supposed to do. They have taken care of business against lower competition. The Ravens have always had a knack for making things harder than they had to be. Of course that’s acceptable because they also are quite accustomed to winning.
The Browns battle with the Ravens reminds us about last season. That is a good thing. Because this season is going in the opposite direction. The Ravens are winning. 0-2 feels tragic (we remember last season). 2-0 feels fantastic.
The 2016 Ravens did what the 2015 Ravens could not do.. The 2015 Ravens would have simply collapsed when the going got tough. The Ravens couldn’t win close games last season. This year the Ravens have won two games that went down to the wire. The Ravens couldn’t overcome adversity last season. Baltimore saw the Ravens force their way through quicksand today.
The Ravens should be proud of their two game win streak. With the Ravens it never really matters how it looks on a highlight reel. Winning is all that matters in Baltimore. The fight song sings “For Baltimore and Maryland you’ll go on to victory!” It does not say “For Baltimore and Maryland you’ll make it look easy!”

John Harbaugh must understand that this team has a lot of work to do. He can’t be happy with a horrible beginning to the Browns game. When you look at this 2-0 record you cannot get ahead of yourself. The Ravens have to keep improving. Overall, the Ravens season looks promising.
