The hot Dolphins come into Baltimore looking to extend their winning streak.  Will the Ravens be able to stop the streak?

Have any of the Baltimore Ravens or Miami Dolphins helped your Fantasy Football team this season?  If you had Jay Ajayi on your team in those weeks where he had 200 yards in back to back weeks, then it’s most likely that he helped your team win.

Here are my Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens players that you should start and sit this week during their match-up.

Week 13 Miami Dolphins to sit vs the Ravens:

Jay Ajayi:

It’s going to be hard for Ajayi to get anything going on the ground this week.  The Ravens run defense is one of the best in the league so it’s best for you to keep Ajayi on the bench this week.

DeVante Parker:

Parker is a young stud in the league, but hasn’t put up the big numbers as of yet in his career so far.  Jarvis Landry and Kenny Stills are the top two receivers on the Dolphins this year which makes Parker the odd man out sometimes on offense.

Week 13 Miami Dolphins to start vs the Ravens:

Jarvis Landry:

You can’t go wrong with both the Dolphins starting Wide Receivers, but Landry is one special talent.  He’s not the tallest receiver in the league, but you always have to watch out for his speed.

Landry is a punt returner as well for the Dolphins.  The Ravens need to be on point when they are on special teams.

Dion Sims:

You should always start tight ends against the Baltimore Ravens.  It doesn’t matter about the stats, but tight ends always score a touchdown against them, that’s why I always have you start them each and every week.

Sims is basically an unknown, but he’s come on in the last few games to help the Dolphins.

Week 13 Baltimore Ravens to sit vs the Dolphins:

Kenneth Dixon:

Dixon has been great the past few weeks, but this week the Dolphins come in with a great run defense.  Unless he gets a lot of receptions, I would say to bench him this week.

I’d love to start him every week since he is getting better and better each week, but I’m afraid the Dolphins will shut him down.

Dennis Pitta:

This has been a down year for Pitta after missing all of the 2015 season.  I would’ve expected him to have a solid season, but he hasn’t gotten as many looks as he did before his hip injury.

Week 13 Baltimore Ravens to start vs the Dolphins:

Mike Wallace:

You know Mike Wallace is going to be fired up to play his former team.  Flacco is going to do whatever he can to get the ball to Wallace so he can use that speed to break out some long receptions.

Terrance West:

West is the power back that the Dolphins will have to contend with this week.  Since they will be able to stop Dixon, West is going to have to carry to load.

Terrance West isn’t as elusive as Kenneth Dixon, but he’s one that can pound the ball up the middle to wear down a talented run defense of the Dolphins.
