1. Melvin Ingram

The Ravens need at outside linebacker cannot be overlooked. The team has to get a replacement for Terrell Suggs before he leaves. The Ravens will most likely let go of Elvis Dumervil and Matt Judon and Za’Darius Smith are still a bit raw. The best option for the Ravens is Melvin Ingram. Ingram is an explosive player off the edge that would be a difference maker.

Ingram had eight sacks in 2016 and 10.5 in 2015. He is not just a pass rusher, like Suggs he is a do it all outside linebacker. Ingram is the best player on the free agency market and it seems like nobody is talking about him. The Ravens defense was good in 2016. With Ingram, the defense could be great.
