10. Manti Teo

When Manti Teo came out of Notre Dame he had quite the buzz around him. He was one of the most exciting linebackers at the college level. His time with the San Diego Chargers has been a roller coaster. Teo has battled the injury bug throughout his career. The most games he has started in a season was 13. Injury cut Teo’s 2016 season short as he only played in three games.

Teo is an option for the Ravens mostly because of affordability. Teo’s injury history could make him an affordable replacement for Zach Orr. Teo has a great deal of athletic ability. When he is on the field he is a good player. He’s a 25-year-old linebacker who still has some untapped potential.

The Baltimore Ravens now have a need at the inside linebacker position. Teo would be a low risk signing. The former 38th pick overall could have a rebirth of his career in Baltimore. This is not the most exciting option, but it is one that could work.
