4. Trumaine Johnson

The Ravens should improve at the cornerback position this season, that is something Ravens fans want badly. Trumaine Johnson would be a fantastic addition to the Ravens defense. This 6’2″ cornerback has recorded 16 sacks in six NFL seasons. In 2015, Johnson had seven interceptions, scoring a touchdown on one of them.

What makes Johnson so special is his ability to make plays by being aggressive. Johnson is great in man coverage but he can do it all at the cornerback position. Johnson and Jimmy Smith would be a great combination on the outsides of the Ravens defense. Putting Young as the nickel cornerback would give the Ravens a big three at corner.

The Ravens need players who make a difference. They need players that turn things in their favor during close games. Johnson would make the defense better and his impact could make a huge impact. This would be one of the more expensive options for the Ravens, but it could happen.
