3. DeSean Jackson

If the Ravens added Desean Jackson they could have the fastest receiving group in the NFL. Jackson, Wallace, Perriman and Chris Moore would give the offense four deep threats. The goal here would be to put so much speed on the field that it makes anything a possibility for Flacco and the passing game.

Jackson is coming off a productive season with the Washington Redskins. He had 56 receptions for 1,005 yards and four touchdowns. Jackson averaged 17.9 yards per reception. The Ravens need a game changer and nothing changes games quite like speed. Jackson’s presence could revive the Flacco deep bomb.

The Ravens may not need another burner, but speed kills in the NFL. A surplus of speed is never a problem. Jackson is still a big time play-maker. The Ravens would not be let down if they signed him.
