The Baltimore Ravens have a ton of needs. Here is a look at how the purple and black can use their first three draft picks.

The Baltimore Ravens have plenty of ways they can go in the NFL Draft. In this mock draft, I have the Ravens boosting their pass rush, getting Joe Flacco a weapon for years to come and protecting him with an offensive lineman.

DE/OLB. Michigan. Taco Charlton. 16. player. 26. Taco Charlton is a perfect fit for the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens need help in the pass rushing department so this lanky pass rusher is just what the doctor ordered. He is a 6’6″ 273 pound freight train headed for the quarterback. He has things that cannot be coached. Speed, size, length, explosive ability you name it. I think Charlton has top 10 talent, and he could be the most underrated player coming into the NFL Draft. Look for Charlton to have a great performance at the NFL Combine. He is a freak athlete, who could be the next great outside linebacker for the Ravens.
Charlton will be the best player on the board when the Ravens get to the 16th pick. There are a few ways they could go, but Charlton fits the mold for the Ravens. Charlton put up 10 sacks in the 2016 season. He played at Michigan for four years and really didn’t start producing like a pro until his senior season. Charlton is a player that is just starting to show his amazing potential.

The Ravens will pair the promise of Charlton’s ability with the potential of Matt Judon. Hopefully this will be the Ravens answer on the edges of their defense for years to come. From an athletic standpoint, Charlton is one of the most exciting players in this draft class. He is a bit raw, but he has the traits that make pass rushers special.
