player. 26. This is one of my favorite players in this draft class, Smith-Schuster is just fun to watch. He is a star wide receiver from USC, who has put together back to back seasons with 10 touchdowns. From a statistical standpoint, his best season was 2015, when he had 89 receptions and 1,454 yards. Smith-Schuster is a play-maker, plain and simple. He averaged 14.5 yards per reception over three years as a collegiate player. With this player you get a guy who can beat the defense deep, but also rack up yards after the catch. He is capable of making the circus catches that only star receivers can make. Joe Flacco loved to throw the jump ball to Anquan Boldin, he’ll love throwing it to Smith-Schuster. He is the type of receiver that helps his quarterback out.
Smith-Schuster is quick and is a fairly good route runner. His 6’2″ frame would give the Ravens a pretty big target in the passing game. In eight of his 13 games this past season, Smith-Schuster had five or more receptions. His best performance was probably against Arizona. In that game he had nine receptions for 132 yards and three touchdowns. The Ravens need a player who can come in and take over a game. Smith-Schuster is a first round talent that you can probably snatch in the second round. Smith-Schuster reminds me of Torrey Smith with a little more toughness and a bit of a higher ceiling.
. Wide Receiver . USC. JuJu Smith-Schuster. 47
