Ravens have found gems in draft

While the Ravens might not make the biggest signings in free agency, they know how to find talent in the draft. Ozzie Newsome and the front office have been known for their draft record, especially in the later rounds. A lot of that success has been in finding offensive lineman.

Out of the five starting lineman for the Baltimore Ravens: Stanley, Yanda, Zuttah, Lewis, and Wagner, four were drafted by the Ravens. Zuttah is the exception, since he was brought in from a trade. If you take a look at the other four lineman, Stanley is the only one that was drafted in the first round. Marshal Yanda was drafted in the third round, Lewis in the 4th round, and Wagner in the 5th round. All-Pro guard Kelechi Osemele, who left in free agency last year, was also drafted by the Ravens in the 3rd round.
