Teez Tabor. 47. player. 26. . Cornerback. Florida

Similar to my last mock draft, I still think the Ravens will take a cornerback in the second round. A fantastic prospect to look at would be Teez Tabor. Coming out of his junior year, Tabor has been regarded as one of the top corners in the draft. He earned 1st team All-SEC honors in 2015 and 2016. After posting a slow 4.62 40 yard dash time, it has been rumored that Tabor’s draft stock might fall. He could be bumped out of the first round to early or mid second round. Tabor has also had some off the field issues. Looking at his NFL.com draft profile, here is what they had to say:

"Scouts consider him to be a high-maintenance prospect. Has been suspended due to drug tests and a run-in with a teammate in practice."

Sure Tabor has had some issues and may be a little rough around the edges, but I think he would fit great with the Ravens. He is a impressive talent and it would be a steal if he fell to the second round. There may be more intriguing cornerback prospects, but the Ravens cannot go wrong with Tabor. Having veterans in Jimmy Smith and Brandon Carr would act as good mentors for Tabor in his transition to the NFL.
