Stephen Tulloch

With all the moves in free agency to sure up the defense, the Ravens are in a good spot, but there is still one spot to be addressed. Tulloch does have injury history with a torn ACL in 2014, but it was a freak accident. He has been relatively reliable as a starter, playing in all 16 games from 2009-2013. After signing a one year deal with the Eagles last season, Tulloch only started one game. He finished with just seven tackles on the season, but coming to Baltimore could give him a chance to jump start his career again. His most recent contract with the Eagles was for $2.5 million so he would not come too expensive.
