3. Chris Moore:

I will be honest, there isn’t much room for Moore in the Ravens offense. The Ravens have two other speed demons on their offense with Breshad Perriman and Mike Wallace. Moore will make his biggest impact on special teams. Moore was a standout special teams player last season and that should continue. If Moore can lock down the kick returning duties his impact could grow exponentially.

Kick returners have always been able to be X-Factors. When Devin Hester was with the Ravens he didn’t make a positive impact. When he was with the Bears, punters were afraid to kick to him. There was a time when illegal procedure seemed like a good kickoff strategy against the Bears. Moore has blazing speed. If he can get into the open field, he can rack up some yards for the Ravens.

The kick returner job is one that will have to be earned in Baltimore. Moore has as good of a chance as any to take it and run with it.
