The Baltimore Ravens Need To Get A Sure Thing. Here are 10 players that could be the real deal.

The Ravens have to get a good player in the first round of the NFL Draft. We have seen the damaging impact of missed draft picks. The Ravens got nothing out of Matt Elam in 2013. The Ravens are just starting to see what Breshad Perriman can do. Baltimore also knows the impact of great first round picks. Jonathan Ogden, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Terrell Suggs, Haloti Ngata, Chris McAlister, Duane Starks and Jamal Lewis for example were all first round picks.

The Ravens have to get a player that will end up in the ring of honor some day. They have to get a player that makes a difference from day one to the last game of his career.
